The first National Student Congress of the new research on cognitive psychology (brain and cognition) will be held in collaboration with the Neuroscience Research Center of Guilan University of Medical Sciences on May 9 and 10, 2017.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Neuroscience Research Center of Guilan University of Medical Sciences, the defense session of research plan draft of Dr. Parvin Babaei, entitled "Assesment the Effect of Pure Glycosid Flavonoid Medlar leaves on oxidative stress and apoptosis in STZ-induced Alzheimer model of Female Rats" was held at the center on the Morning of Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Dr. Alia Saberi, Dr. Yasser Moaddabi, Dr. Sajjad Rezaei and Dr. Kambiz Rohampour attended the session.
