Scientific conference entitled "New medical approaches and technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system tumors" was held at the conference hall of Poursina Hospital, Rasht on the January 4, 2018.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Neuroscience Research Center of Guilan University of Medical Sciences, this one-day scientific conference with a retraining score and the official license of the comprehensive medical education system of the country with collaboration of Guilan Road Trauma Research Center With scientific secretary of Dr. Sara Ramezani was held at the conference hall of Poursina Hospital, Rasht on the January 4, 2018.In this conference, the headship of the Guilan University of Medical Sciences, Professor Shahrokh Yousefzadeh Chabak (professor of neurosurgery), lectured for the opening of the conference. Also, Dr. Alia Saberi (Associate Professor of Neurological Diseases), Dr. Zahir Reyhanian (Assistant Professor of Neurology), Dr. Sima Arzpeima (Assistant Professor of Radiology), Dr. Sara Ramezani (Assistant Professor of Neuroscience), Dr. Hamid Saeedi Saedi (Associate Professor of Radiotherapy-Oncology), Dr. Saereh Hossein Doust (PhD in Neuroscience), Dr. Mostafa Golshekan (Assistant Professor of Nanochemical Sciences) and Dr. Kamran Ezzati (Assistant Professor of Physiotherapy) lectured on topics related to the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system tumors.
